Bonaforte's Kennel Complete Balance — Salmon with Potato — a super premium complete food for adult dogs, built on a single animal protein source.
Adult working dog food, for all breeds. A good all rounder for working dogs and kennels. This was our choice for the Bonaforte kennel dogs and has been chosen for heart and joint health. We have found it produces a good energy balance, healthy skin and steady bone growth. Perfect for all breeds, not just Irish Wolfhounds.
Wheat gluten free, no eggs or soya — suitable for dogs with sensitivities to these ingredients.
What's in it, and why
- 44% total salmon — a responsibly sourced and highly digestible protein source.
- Single animal protein — formulated with salmon alone, to help dogs with a sensitive digestive tract.
- Omega 3 & 6 — salmon is naturally rich in omega 3 essential fatty acids, which have anti-inflammatory properties and support skin, coat and joint health.
- Beet pulp (4%) — a good source of soluble and insoluble dietary fibre, important for maintaining normal intestinal transit time and motility.
- Vitamins & minerals — to help maintain a healthy immune system.
- Hypoallergenic — part of the Super Premium range, formulated without beef, pork, wheat, wheat gluten, dairy and soya.
- No added artificial colours & preservatives.

All dogs are different, so treat this as a starting point and adapt it to the breed, age, temperament and activity level of your own dog. When changing foods, introduce the new food gradually over a period of two weeks. Always ensure fresh, clean water is available.
The kibble
A crunchy kibble, 22mm (+/- 1mm) by 9mm (+/- 0.5mm) — an optimal size and shape for adult dogs. Up to 18 month shelf life.
