Shipping policy

DELIVERY IS INCLUDED

UK mainland delivery is included in the price of every bag. There is no separate delivery charge at checkout and no minimum order.

DISPATCH

Orders are picked and dispatched from our manufacturer in Lancashire, usually within 1 working day. Delivery then takes 1–3 working days, though most orders arrive within 2. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it is dispatched.

Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, at a weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

JERSEY, GUERNSEY AND THE ISLE OF MAN

We do deliver to the islands, but the couriers charge us more to get there and we pass that on rather than building it into everyone's prices. An island delivery surcharge is added at checkout, calculated on the total weight of your order — £10 for orders up to 16kg, and a further £10 for each additional 15kg or part thereof. The surcharge is shown before you pay.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS

We deliver to the Highlands and Islands at the standard included rate, but delivery can take an extra working day or two depending on the postcode.

EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD

We ship to Europe at £14.99 and to the rest of the world at £23.99 per order. Any customs duties, import VAT or handling fees charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient, and we have no way of knowing or controlling what these will be. Please check your own country's rules on importing pet food before ordering.

LARGE AND HEAVY ORDERS

Bags are heavy. If you are ordering several, they may arrive as separate parcels and occasionally on different days. If part of your order has not arrived within two working days of the rest, let us know.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, or arrives damaged, email woof@bonaforte.dog with your order number and we will chase the courier and put it right.
