These terms apply when you buy from Bonaforte through this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.

ABOUT US

Bonaforte sells premium dog and cat food, manufactured for us in Britain by GA Pet Food Partners. You can contact us at woof@bonaforte.dog.

ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, because there has been a pricing error, or because we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund you in full.

PRICES AND VAT

Prices are in pounds sterling.

All prices include VAT at the standard rate, with one exception: our Working Dog bag sizes are zero-rated for VAT. Food sold as working dog food is zero-rated under UK VAT rules, and no VAT is charged on those items. The price you see is the price you pay either way.

Working Dog sizes are intended for working dogs. By buying them you confirm that they are for that purpose.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

FEEDING AND VETERINARY ADVICE

Our feeding guides are a starting point and should be adjusted to keep your dog in ideal body condition. Nothing on this website is veterinary advice. Our functional recipes, including the Peptide+ range, are complete foods formulated to support particular aspects of health — they are not medicines and they do not treat, cure or prevent disease. If your dog is unwell, losing or gaining weight unexpectedly, or has a diagnosed condition, please talk to your vet before changing their diet.

Product information, analytical constituents and compositions are supplied by our manufacturer and were correct when published. Recipes are occasionally reformulated to account for raw material availability, so always check the bag itself, which is the definitive source.

AVAILABILITY

We do our best to keep the site accurate, but stock and specifications can change. Images are representative; bag designs and kibble appearance may vary slightly between batches.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DELIVERY

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has it.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
