Bonaforte's Five Star Small Breed - Angus Beef
Bonaforte's Five Star Small Breed — Angus Beef — the same grain-free 65% beef recipe as our adult Angus Beef, in a smaller kibble sized for smaller mouths.
Nutrition developed in our own Irish Wolfhound kennel — and scaled down for the little ones. Angus cattle are known for their muscle content and their marbling, which means fat is dispersed thinly and evenly through the meat for a consistent texture and good flavour. Angus beef is lower in saturated fat than regular beef and rich in amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Small dogs burn through energy quickly for their size, so this is a nutrient-dense recipe served in a 10mm kibble they can manage comfortably.
What's in it, and why
- 65% total beef, minimum 35% freshly prepared Angus beef — rich in essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals to support everyday health and well-being.
- Naturally occurring collagen — comes with the freshly prepared beef and helps maintain healthy bones, joints and skin.
- Joint pack — glucosamine, MSM and chondroitin sulphate for added joint support.
- MOS & FOS pre-biotics — help aid digestive health.
- Carrot — a source of Vitamin A to help maintain healthy vision.
- Green beans — a source of iron to help support normal functions of the circulatory system.
- Cauliflower — a source of Vitamin B9, important for amino acid and nucleotide metabolism.
- Tomato — a source of dietary fibre to help normalise gastrointestinal transit time.
- Courgette — a source of Vitamin B3, an important cofactor in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism.
